How important it is to establish processes! 

Whenever situations arise that are difficult to manage effectively, it indicates the need to implement a process.

In my opinion, there are five stages to design them.

1- Identify pain points: when establishing new processes, we must start by identifying the issues we want to alleviate. What types of errors or mistakes would we like to avoid?

2- Similarly, identifying bottlenecks and removing them will help us avoid delays and promote greater efficiency.

3- Defining key activities is the first step in implementation. What needs to be done to fulfill the previous points?

4- If there are tasks, there are roles. If there are roles, there are responsibilities. This is a crucial set of elements in the world of processes.

5- Finally, everything works better if it is iterative, seeking to monitor and adjust based on the results obtained. By their nature, processes change to represent reality as accurately as possible and evolve over time.

Therefore, please don’t feel overwhelmed. Think about processes, and delegate to them the monitoring that needs to be implemented within your work teams.
